4. Ordering Process

  • Orders can be placed directly on our website.
  • We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method.
  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS or Call.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are final.
  • A flat delivery fee of Rs. 199 applies on orders below Rs. 10,000; orders of Rs. 10,000 or above qualify for free delivery.
  • Customers must check their parcel upon delivery before making payment.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are delivered within 5 to 8 working days.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 7-day return policy after the order is confirmed.
  • Customers must check their parcel at the time of delivery before making payment.
  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, customers are eligible for a 100% money-back guarantee.
  • For exchanges, customers must check their parcel before making payment (customer, upon receiving the order, should first check the parcel and then pay the rider).

8. Account Creation & Security

  • Users can create an account using their email.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

9. Limitation of Liability
Mitti Mart is not responsible for any indirect losses, including but not limited to delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
