Delivery Timeline
We deliver nationwide through reliable courier partners. Standard delivery takes 5-8 working days, depending on your location. For customers in Karachi, orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. A flat delivery fee of Rs. 199 applies on all orders. Get FREE delivery on orders of Rs. 10,000 or above. Special promotional offers with free shipping may also be available from time to time.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

Delays
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but delays can sometimes happen due to weather, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Mitti Mart cannot be held liable for such delays.
